What I've Built!

I run several companies at once, so I designed the operating layer that holds them together. Each venture gets its own workspace, inbox and task lists, and all of them roll up to one chief-of-staff process where AI triages, drafts and delegates, and I make the calls.

AI agents are only as useful as what they can see. I built MCP servers that give agents read-only access to public data in Western New York: city and county parcels, owners, zoning, permits and violations; state corporate records, environmental flags and demographics; and state legislation, federal contracts, awards and grants. Each one is hosted as a remote connector and packaged to run locally in Claude Desktop.

The Persona System is a local-first, on-device AI app for iOS, built under Nupixl. Your data and your AI companion live on your phone, not on someone else's server. I designed the architecture, the rules the system can never break, and the interface, then packaged it all as a full spec and test suite so development starts on solid ground.

Atlas OS turns a building design into a costed, trackable project. You design buildings on a parcel, and Atlas produces the cost report, vendor list, pro forma and presentation for you, then tracks the project from planning through build. It also checks every plan against the power grid using public data, so capacity gaps get solved before construction instead of after. It's human-in-the-loop by design: AI handles the paperwork in between, people handle the relationships.

I created a booking platform that reduces decision fatigue and makes mobile reservations painless. I added custom apps for pricing rules, availability controls, and owner dashboards so operations scale without extra headcount. I integrated payments and property data with resilient APIs and clear fallbacks. Affiliate tooling and content blocks turn partnerships into measurable bookings.

I developed a headless Shopify experience that turns brand warmth into a calm, responsive interface. I paired a performant front‑end with Shopify to keep browsing fluid and checkout reliable. I introduced crafted motion and content models that let the team tell better product stories without sacrificing speed. Conversion improved because the path from discovery to add‑to‑cart is clear at every step.

I built a mobile‑first marketing platform that unifies UX/UI systems, a scalable CMS, and API integrations. I created a token‑driven design system to keep new pages fast and consistent while enabling experimentation. I standardized integrations with CRM and analytics so marketing stays in sync with product updates. Editors can publish safely every day, and the site remains fast under real traffic.

I redesigned the platform marketing site around QHIN readiness, clarifying value props for compliance‑minded buyers. I simplified the information architecture and aligned copy with procurement language to reduce friction in evaluations. I implemented compliant forms and automation that route qualified inquiries instantly to the right owner. The engagement improved discoverability, sped up handoffs, and made content operations predictable.

I migrated a complex marketing site from WordPress to Webflow to remove plugin debt and make publishing reliable. I rebuilt the UX around a modular design system so the team can assemble pages quickly without breaking consistency. I introduced a structured CMS that models resources, markets, and case studies for true reusability. The migration preserved SEO equity, improved performance, and gave non‑technical editors the confidence to ship in minutes.

Bunny Rocket needed a landing page that could explain a new cryptocurrency and keep holders current on the market. I designed and built a clean, modern page with bold visuals, and wired it to the project's API so prices and market data stayed live. Users responded well to it, and it converted well.

The Payment Processor is a privately-owned company that specializes in providing secure payment processing services for online businesses. In order to expand its customer base, the company decided to take its business online and partnered with a web design company to create a user-friendly website. Through a comprehensive online marketing campaign, the Payment Processor was able to grow its online business and establish itself as a leading provider of online payment processing services.

One Hemp Holistics is a small business that specializes in selling a variety of CBD products, including tinctures, capsules, topicals, and edibles. The company was founded by a group of wellness enthusiasts who saw a need for high-quality, affordable CBD products in the market.

Pure Genius was a concept for a game streaming service: play the latest games without expensive hardware or downloads, connect with other players, and compete in online tournaments. I led creative direction and brand strategy, building the brand identity, the content taxonomy, and the interface concepts. The project never launched, but it taught me early lessons about streaming that I'm still writing about today.
